For me, the number 101 represents new beginnings, growth, progress and positive change. With that vision in mind, I founded 101 Pension Solutions to provide Central Coast businesses with a higher level of retirement plan administration: experienced, responsive and genuinely personal.
As many long-established providers consolidate into larger organizations, personalized service and continuity can be difficult to find. 101 Pension Solutions is intentionally different. Clients work directly with an experienced local professional who understands their plan, knows its history and is personally accountable for the work. This boutique approach is especially well suited to small businesses and closely held companies that value lasting relationships, careful attention to detail and dependable guidance.
I have more than 30 years of retirement plan industry experience on the Central Coast. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistical Science, with an emphasis in Actuarial Statistics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I am also a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), holding the QPA, QKC and QKA designations.
Because retirement plan laws and industry requirements are constantly evolving, I remain committed to professional development through ongoing conferences, training programs and educational webinars. My goal is to provide every client with technically sound administration, practical solutions and the responsive personal service they deserve.
